What we collect and why

P6 CalendarMap™ runs entirely in your browser. Your XER files never leave your device — no upload, no server processing.

To deliver your free audit reports, we ask for:

• First name — so we can address you correctly in welcome emails
• Email address — to deliver product updates and (in the future) your Pro licence key
• Company / project (optional) — to understand how planners use the tool

Where your data is stored

Your name, email, and audit usage counter are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). When email integration goes live, a copy will be transmitted to our email provider (Brevo) for the purpose of communication only. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Marketing opt-in

If you ticked the marketing checkbox, you'll receive periodic product updates, planner tips, and announcements from True Troop. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can opt out any time.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office
