What we collect and why

P6 CalendarMap™ processes your XER file entirely in your browser. Your XER file is not uploaded by this tool. The page itself loads supporting fonts from Google Fonts (a third-party CDN) when you visit; the Excel-export library is bundled and self-hosted with the app.

To let visitors view the tool and so we can support legitimate users, we ask for:

• First name — so we can address you properly
• Email address — so we can manage viewer access, product updates, and support follow-up
• Submission timestamp and source — so we know when and where the request was made

Where your data is stored

Your viewer profile is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so you do not need to enter your details again on the same browser. The form submission is captured through Netlify Forms for The True Troop Consulting Ltd to review and manage access enquiries.

We do not upload your XER file, generated workbook, project calendar data, or filename to Netlify Forms as part of this viewer capture.

Product updates

We may contact you about P6 CalendarMap™ access, product updates, planner tips, and related support. You can opt out of non-essential updates at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link where provided.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office
